This Proposed Villa has a very challenging requirements, the plot itself has many limitations, first of is the size and shape of it. It’s a portion of a much bigger plot with a common but narrow courtyard setback that will provide space for introverted orientation for fenestrations.
Its facade is the main focus of features, simple and elegant. Clean linear vertical lines to accentuate its vertical volume. The vertical elements using metal louvers will provide privacy and indirect vista from the outside and allowing the air flow in to cool down the outdoor spaces such as the balcony, roof terrace, as well as the garage.
