Padilla Villa is located at the heart of the province of Bulacan, in Malolos City. Following the Mediterranean theme of Camella Provence, Padilla Villa has captured the primary elements and characters of the theme like the segmented and Roman type of arches, the recessed wall openings, clay rooftiles, and the use of natural stone.

LDA used the tri-arches as the prominent feature of the villa, atop it is a contemporary use of shading screen element to provide shade on the terrace. This shading element will eventually be covered by flowering Bougainvillea planting, adding cooler shading during the summer months.
